Your Best Life Disability and Health Services provides services in the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie, and Moreton Bay Local Government Areas. We also provide services right across Australia using the latest digital communication methods. Our modern well-equipped centres in Nambour, Kawana, Maroochydore, Gympie, and Caboolture are accessible and welcoming. We also provide consulting rooms in outreach hubs at Baringa and Gympie, as well as community settings, homes and residential settings, schools, and workplaces. Our Centre Coordinators provide information about all our services and organise appointments or meetings.
However, the walls of our centres do not define us. Collaboration between our people and the flexibility provided by our state-of-the-art information and communication systems enable us to provide client-centred services wherever our clients call home – anywhere in Australia. Our flexible working models and adoption of phone and video-conferencing tools help us stay connected with each other and with our clients.
Social distancing due to COVID 19 is no barrier for us! We can beam into homes anywhere in Australia where there is an internet connection. We have undergone a complete digital transformation and invested in intelligent cloud-based software including Microsoft 365, TEAMS, and other tools that facilitate collaboration. This means we can brainstorm, refine our ideas, innovate, and collaborate on important documents such as client assessment reports. This saves time, gets everyone on the same page, and frees people up to stay focused on our clients’ needs.

Children’s and Teens’
Therapy Services (CATTS)
Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Physiotherapy from birth to 18 years. CATTS Allied Health Professionals and Allied Health Assistants also provide advice to clients about the availability of community and health services that are appropriate to their needs.
Mindcare Mental
Health Services (MHS)
Psychological services across the lifespan including Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants. Mindcare MHS psychologists also assist clients with psycho-social issues, homelessness and community connectedness through the provision of information about relevant community services.
ThumbsUp Support Coordination
Bring your NDIS Plan to life. We help you to the top of waitlists for Positive Behaviour Support Plans, independent living, community participation, and therapy services for children, teens, and adults. We support participants to express their needs and preferences and build their own capabilities.
LevelUp Independent Living
Housing, Individualised Living Options (ILO), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Community Participation (CP) for adults with a disability as well as CP for children with a disability. LevelUp Independent Living also provides complex case management services to assist clients to access appropriate services to meet their needs.
Your Choice Plan Management
Financial brokerage, advisory and linking services for people with NDIS and other funded service packages, and their carers, to help them access services that suit their needs and comply with eligibility requirements. Strong client focus helps clients get the most out of their plans.
We package and provide services to meet the unique needs of our clients or emerging gaps in the market. This includes, for example, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy for adults.
